The
warehouse is divided in two parts: the back one is aimed as a generic deposit of
about 7300 sq.m. The front one is aimed as an office with a surface of 1100
sq.m. with the possibility of some training rooms.
The wide courtyards, allow an excellent handling of the means of transportation,
and the double entry makes the handlings fast. The wide internal parking lot, helps
you find a spot very easliy. The height under the beam is 6.00 meters, while the
distance between the arcades is 16 meters. If required, the realization of
limelights/upward-stages are possible, whithin a few months. Also 10 garages are
available in the internal courtyard.
